It wasn't your mother's plain soup but had the perfect spices with the addition of onions, celery, and carrots. There were generous yellow and red beets with lots of pecans and a wonderful goat cheese! This was by far the best split pea I've EVER had. ![]() We started our meal with the Colorado Beets & Pears salad and the soup of the day which was Split Pea and Ham. We hadn't been back to the restaurant since they've updated the decor and the restaurant looks great. 240 Union turned out to be the perfect spot for our wedding anniversary dinner tonight.
